Sunflower Of The Darkness

This sunflower was photographed at twilight and has formed part of some of our magickal workings. We do rituals almost every night and if we can possible work outside on them we do, even in winter unless the weather is really bad.

Psychic Ritual Using Brambles And Donuts

This ritual was done outside using brambles from the nearby blackberry bush and it was set out taking full advantage of the hot weather at twilight, which was the best time to do the working. A very good energy came from it too.

Patchouli The Cat From The Witchcraft Museum

This is Patchouli the amazing black cat and she smells wonderefully of patchouli.
I got her last year from The Museum Of Witchcraft And Magic and she is really friendly and lovely!

Lamp of Thoth Magazine And The Sorcerer

This Lamp Of Thoth Magazine was produced by a very well renowned mail order shop called The Sorcerer's Apprentice. The Sorcerer's Apprentice also had a retail outlet in Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK and its owner, Chris Bray, appeared on TV and in newspapers quite a number of times. He was quite famous. This copy is from the mid 80's. There is a letter in it about a man who thinks he is Crowley and whoever replies to the letter suggests the man would be better off just being himself!

The original Lamp Of Thoth Magazine was produced by David Lund of The Society Of Dew And Light of Keighley,West Yorkshire, back in the late 19th Century.

As with just about anything magical or mystical, a band has pinched the name. Usually it is circuit rock bands who take the names of the magister or magus of magic - they don't seem to be able to help it! So far I've found bands called Fata Morgana, Magus - I bet there is a Magister - London After Midnight is another one. I hope they can all live up to their magnificent titles!

I used to buy occult supplies from the Sorcerer's Apprentice at one time.
