The Black Goat Tells Fortunes From A Special Tea Cup
The Black Goat once more regally sits presiding over this Fortune Cup from the 1930's. He looks so at ease, so owning of any brand of sorcery. Who knows the secret of the cup? How many people have partaken of tea from the bowl and swirled it around, handing it back to the Fortune Teller so he or she can give their verdict on the querant's Future? How many questions and answers have flown from the vicinity of this drinking appliance? The Black Goat probably knows the answer...
Some Witchy Books Extol The Virtues Of The Craft
I picked up this book some years ago as I love occult books of all kinds from the very simple ones to the incredibly difficult ones and have hundreds and hundreds of them. This is a good basic all rounder, nicely put and with no flowery, unnecessary wording. The trouble with so may books is that they use six words where one word would do, so often something interesting turns in to a 'waffle on'.
When I used to work in telesales, the motto we had to remember was K.I.S.S. which stood for -
'Keep It Simple, Stupid'. I think some authors should remember that ditty, too.
The Mermaid Of The Altar
This mermaid is a little like Yemenja and she looks over our Water Altar which is in our garden. She is strategically place on the altar stone and always looks very regal in her domain.Snow can be used quite effectively in all kinds of spell-work and magick.
Brother Darklight's House And The Black Goat Takes Charge
Brother Darklight and Rebecca are both vampires that were channelled by my daughter back in 2016. They live in a large house on the astral planes with other vampires. Their vessels are actually on the desktop in a box with special magical symbols on the lid to keep them form having too strong an effect.
The Black Goat meanwhile holds his own court, in his own very special way.

The Black Goat And The Harry Potter's History Of Magic Exhibition
As a bit of an impulse buy - I bought this book in the supermarket last Saturday because it had some magicky things in it. I am not particularly a fan of Harry Potter, though I admit as a concept it is very cleverly done and will have made absolutely tons of money for loads of people. If the Harry Potter machine had a serious spell book aimed at adults - it would probably work in the same way Lovecraft's Necronomicon and the worship of Cthulu works. What starts as fiction can later become fact.
The books of course have been intensively researched and much of what is in the Potter writings are taken from genuine ancient manuscripts and the personas of famous magicians and cunning folk of the past, then the material is changed round a bit, sugar coated, given a spin, renamed and made to sound childish enough to be suitable for kids. But its roots are in extremely intensive historical research regarding the history and culture of magical practices over the centuries. Be not fooled by the publicity blurb of the last 20 years or so surrounding the Potter vehicle - someone knew exactly what they were doing and where they were going with it.
For many people magick is fine as long as it can be kept on the telly and not in real life. The British Library is having a Harry Potter exhibition and the book shown contains pictures of exhibits from both the British Museum and The Museum of Witchcraft is Boscastle, Cornwall.
Offerings Of Fruit And Debating Affirmations
When we do rituals we always put offerings out as it is important to give something back to the universe or the deities/spirits worked with for whatever is being asked for and sometimes it is nice to give anyway, for no other reason than politeness to the Beings involved.
Quite a while ago now, I was a big fan of affirmations, where the idea is to affirm your wishes wants or needs tot he universe. There are many books on this subject, the most famous one is probably The Secret, by Rhonda Byrne. I did personally find that keeping doing affirmations was successful up to a point, but it was time consuming because with all these things, to do it properly you have to keep doing it and make time for it.That is probably the sticking point where people give them up and then don't get their goal. I actually found some money in a supermarket basket, the same day after doing affirmations which bought us a nice fish supper at the time.

The Black Goat - Archetypal Dark-Light For All
The Black Goat makes an appearance in this photograph, next to a lighted bill board. The Black Goat is shown in silhouette on this occasion. Once again there is a stark contrast to light and dark here, but all is in balance.
Light Shining Through The Green Gloom
This photo is really a very good example of 'dark-light'. The green gloom creates the feeling of darkness, like a verdant time tunnel and the light shining at the top gives an alternative reality to the entire proceedings as a huge bright glowing orb, almost like an alien intrusion to the green peace.
The Unicorn Tarot Used In Christmas Angel Ritual
The Unicorn Tarot was used in a Christmas Angel ritual for someone. There is a lot of power around on Christmas Day with so many people celebrating Christmas all over the world. Even though the time zones are different, the very potent energy is there.

Dangerous Gate In The Wall
This is the Conditioning House as seen on 16th December 2917. It is in a very bad state of repair and exudes a terrible aura of menace which can be felt at the other side of the street.
Under The Bridge Running Over The Canal
There is a lot of dragon energy coming from this old painting which has been drawn under the bridge of a canal. The painting is very long really and features a banquet of all kinds of monsters and odd creatures.
The Circus Is In Town
I love the circus and the thrill of the Big Top. it has a special magic all of its own. Circus magic at its best.Apparently, circus workers have their own sayings and slang language for all kinds of things.
Haunted House Windows 98 Theme
The themes form windows 98 just have to be the best. I particularly like this haunted house one. The sound effects and movements on these themes has never been bettered since. The jungle scene was complete with animal noises and the fish scene had water gurglings, but the creaking of the haunted house and the hootings of the owl were by far the best.
