The pie is a central offering and the working aligns with the dolphin energy of the small model dolphins that are circling the outside of the pie. They cannot really be seen on the picture as they are veyr small. The ritual was set to do some good for a client. The spirits would take the energy from the pie and then work for the person mentioned in whatever they needed.
