Elizabeth Bathory, the stuff of legends, known as The Red Countess and without doubt, a centuries old psycho, who bathed in the blood of younger women in order to look younger herself, has actually been proved right - in theory at least.
I noticed this article, shown above, in the November Special issue of That's Life magazine which is published in the UK. The article is self explanatory and I was quite shocked when I saw it.
For anyone who doesn't know about Elizabeth Bathory I suggest looking her up on Wikipedia.
It is a shame that wanna be 'tough' metal bands take notorious peoples' names to grab attention, so they can screech in to a microphone, bang their guitars and act 'frightening' to their fans. Ironically the band 'Bathory' comes up top in the Google search with Elizabeth Bathory herself coming in second!
